Depending on the source of the service job, the Dispatcher will enrich the job information with estimates on duration, service kits, consumables, and in some instances the location.

When the service technician completes the job the Dispatcher/Service Manager can review and approve the registrations before they are posted in the ERP and payroll systems. If the job is performed by a subcontractor the approved registrations can be used to create a purchase order.
