Field Marketing Manager - North America


ExpandIT is a rapidly growing mobile software company with offices in (Toronto) Canada, United States, Denmark, Spain and Germany. ExpandIT develops mobile products that help businesses engage their customers and their mobile workforce.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Own the overall vision and execution of marketing plan for ExpandIT North America
  • Partner with marketers in other regions, as well as sales and corporate marketing to develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs
  • Create marketing campaigns for North America, in addition to leveraging those developed globally to meet the business objectives
  • Employ a diversified marketing mix including digital, tele, social, data, events, nurture, customer and channel/partner
  • Develop content and messaging specific to the requirements of the ExpandIT North American Team and partners
  • Create, execute, monitor a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign
  • Support the regional sales on logistics and execution for virtual and in-person event programs
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to manage measurement of all campaigns and present recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly marketing KPI scorecard
  • Manage and maintain invoicing process and accounting for marketing campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years previous marketing experience; including planning and coordinating field and channel marketing campaigns
  • 7+ years of experience executing demand generation campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience working with channel partners
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs including content marketing, inbound marketing, social media, and paid media
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing a plus)
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teams
  • Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Innovative; able to bring new ideas and provide fresh perspectives on current field processes
  • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
