Otto Strandvig
Group CEO & CEO ExpandIT GmbH
Otto co-founded ExpandIT in 1998. As Group CEO of ExpandIT, Otto oversees worldwide operations. His team is responsible for the overall company strategy and direction, ensuring compliance and providing the foundation necessary for the company to grow.
Otto has a Master of Science degree and started his career at IBM in 1988. Over the course of his career Otto has held senior roles in number of software companies, including Computer Associates, PC &C (Navision), Great Plains, and Damgaard.
Robert Sunn Pedersen
Group COO
Robert co-founded ExpandIT in 1998. As Group COO, Robert is responsible for the product strategy and roadmap. With his past hands-on experience and involvement in market-driven activities, he bridges the gap between the commercial and technical teams within the ExpandIT organization.
Robert has a Master of Science (EE) degree in Software Development from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). During his studies, he worked as a free-lance software developer (Kodak, Post Danmark, TDC). After graduation, he worked at Navision Software in the Systems Architecture Division.
Kim Bernhard Andersen
Group CTO
Kim joined ExpandIT in 2013 to help them expand their development capabilities. As Group CTO, Kim is responsible for the software development team and improving and extending the capabilities of the ExpandIT software.
Kim has both a Master of Science and a Master of IT/Software Development. He started his career in software development at TDC IT Nordic and later moved to CSC Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services before joining ExpandIT.
Erik Enggaard
Regional President, ExpandIT Denmark
Erik Enggaard has been the Regional President of ExpandIT Denmark since 2009. He is focused is on developing service management systems for use in service and larger craft businesses in Denmark.
Erik started as a plumbing installer and after several years he joined a project called “the intelligent service car” in 1994 at Brødrene A&O Johansen A/S. This project was the first of its kind to use scanners to register items that were used on the task in order to easily create an invoice and reorder the items. After 11 years as a project manager, Eric started as a self-employed consultant within the same area, only this time with more focus on the process. This company was bought in 2006 by WPA Mobile where Eric followed and was responsible for sales to electricity and plumbing companies in Denmark.
John A. Macdonald
Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Regional President, North America
John joined ExpandIT 6 years ago to help them expand internationally. As Group CSO and Regional President North America at ExpandIT, John thrives on helping organizations who perform installations and services become more productive and successful. His team is responsible for both growing sales worldwide and growing ExpandIT's network of Microsoft Dynamics partners.
John started his career at a Xerox partner. After completing an MBA in corporate finance at Schulich School of Business, John joined Navision and worked there until it was purchased by Microsoft. John continued his career in the software industry with Microsoft for 8 years until deciding to pursue his passion for working with small technology firms.
Jose Maria De Antonio Peña
Regional President, ExpandIT Spain & Latin America
José María joined ExpandIT in 2001 to help them expand into Spain. As Regional President, ExpandIT Spain & Latin America, Jose is focused on helping organizations become more productive and successful. His team is responsible for both growing sales in Spain and Latin America and growing ExpandIT's network of Microsoft Dynamics partners.
José María has a business and marketing degree. He started his career in software sales at Navision before joining ExpandIT.
