For support please send the following information to support@expandit.com:

  1. Screenshot of the error.
  2. Description of how the error was produced.
  3. Import/export of the Profile, including Application(s) and Table(s).
  4. ExpandIT Business Application Server software version.
  5. Type and version of the back-end system.
  6. If the error is on a mobile device, include hardware information (Operating System, Manufacturer, Model, Memory, Available memory, Client Software version).
  7. If the error is in either Extract or Inject, please include the Logfile [c:\Program Files\ExpandIT\BAS\ExpandIT Internet Shop.log].
  8. Info file from the computer.
